"In November of 2025 I went to this office to speak to someone about damage to my property caused by a towing company dispatch by state farm I needed the companies information to make a claim and I received no help on making a claim or getting information for the towing company. I asked to speak to dick valentine and they told me he is never in the office and that he only does certain types of meetings and that's when he comes into the office so he wouldn't be able to help me. I have had state farm for years with agent dick valentine and I can honestly say that the customer service has change drastically in this office I have stop by for questions and I feel unwelcome. There is a lady that works there and whenever I have talk to her she is not friendly never makes eye contact and tells me to Google information. I miss the good old days when Mr dick valentine was in office and if he was not busy on the phone he would come out of his office and greet people being help by his employees at times he would just say come on over to my office I can help you with that ... Even if it was a simple question he would bring you to his office answer the question and would take an extra step to review your policy and see how he can give you the best deal."
